Beginning of the Great Revival is a film to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The film was directed by HAN Sanping and HUANG Jianxin. An all-star cast including LIU Ye, CHEN Kun, ZHANG Jiayi and FENG Yuanzheng led this gorgeous historical film.

From the outbreak of the 1911 Revolution to the First National Congress of Communist Party of China in 1921, the film described a series of major historical events in China during the 10 years. It takes viewers back to the events that led to the founding of the Communist Party of China, turning the tide of Chinese history. CHEN Duxiu, LI Dazhao, MAO Zedong and other Chinese intellectuals saw hope for the Chinese nation in Russia's October Revolution.
