Instructions on Notarization and Authentication

Notarization will only be processed for Chinese
citizens. Chinese citizens are required to come to the
Chinese Embassy in person to have their documents notarized,
such as health certificate, power of attorney, etc. For more
details please refer to Instructions in Chinese
version. If you cannot apply in person, you must
follow the procedures for authentication as listed for
Israeli citizens. Israeli citizens must follow the
procedures of authentication. Before sending a legal
document (such as Affidavit of Marital Status; Health
Certificate; Adoption Documentation; TradeMark Registration,
etc) to the Chinese Embassy for authentication, the
applicant must first have the document notarized by a local
Notary Public, legalized by the Ministry of Foreign

of the company's license or good standing of the company is required.
