       由于技术原因，领事部自1月20日起暂停办理特急件，为期两个月左右。

       特此通知。

       Owing to some technical reasons, the Consular Section will suspend the services of issuing visa at the same day(Rush Visa) since Jan 20,2008,    which will last for about two months.
